"The company in San Antonio used to be Karta, which was a great company. After NCI bought them out, things just steadily got worse up to the point where the proposals group epic failed to land work needed and they had to lay off a ton of people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the bounty program as a lame attempt to make up for your pathetic proposals department and hire some people who can actually get contracts. Also bring back the fun social events that used to tie the team together."
