"No since the local office has just a small number of employees since the company downsized a few years ago."

"There were times when the company policies made solving the customer's direct issue a challenge."

"Re-expand the presence in in the Houston office in order to better serve the local reps/customers."

"Unlikely they are hiring techs in Houston. They say the techs in Kentucky are gay and not experienced."

"Was never given a chance to grow over and above my last position held. They don't recognize a Bachelor's Degree specially a minority like me etc."

"Look deeper into an employees' educational background and more important, the company need to train their TRAINERS how to train need qualified personnel"
