"No since the local office has just a small number of employees since the company downsized a few years ago."

"There were times when the company policies made solving the customer's direct issue a challenge."

"Re-expand the presence in in the Houston office in order to better serve the local reps/customers."

"Not really, like I said it is a great company, and definitely one that you would be proud to work for."

"The work load. Many people felt they could just sit around and let everyone else pick up the slack."

"Monitor everyone's work. Weed out the slackers when necessary to prevent disputes."

What don't you like about working at National Processing?

"National Processing Company is a joke. They are the worst company I've ever worked for. Do not work here! The compensation is terrible compared to others in the market. They took forever to roll out the new compensation plan after I'd been there a while and when they did - after much ado about how it was going to be soooo superior to what we had - and just stick with us!! it's going to be great!!! it was basically a wash with what you were currently making. The VP of Sales is a hypocritical, narcissistic, arrogant, misogynistic bore who wouldn't know a good salesperson from a bad used car salesperson. The sales model sets you up to fail. Most of the training is done by phone- and no one asks questions! The sales training manager is some ex playboy bunny who must have pictures of someone doing something because she is useless!! The sales list leads are a joke-AND you have to do daily call sheets- WHAT They hire you as a pro and treat you like an amateur. You will not make money here. Run Away!"

"Set people up to succeed not to fail"

"Making presentations to business owners and selling services. Kept busy selling. Good people, good programs. Very competitive."

"No longer in business, went out of business in 2005."

What don't you like about working at National Processing?

"Lacked strong management at local level, little motivation or assistance provided. I often handled sales meetings yet was one of the newest in the office, but one of the most productive. Company was sold, has gone thru many changes. I was recruited away from here to Finance America by a Regional Sales Manager of National City Bank."

"No longer in business."

"Technical experience, electrical and electronics issues, and people skills."

"Understand your responsibilities and practices in advance, communicate your job description clearly."

"Huge barriers between management and employees, organization conflicts that need some attention"

"Be closer to the employees, make safety and people priority in business"

"Unlikely they are hiring techs in Houston. They say the techs in Kentucky are gay and not experienced."

"To spell out everything they know and state clear if there is room for growth."

"Was never given a chance to grow over and above my last position held. They don't recognize a Bachelor's Degree specially a minority like me etc."

"Look deeper into an employees' educational background and more important, the company need to train their TRAINERS how to train need qualified personnel"
