"Pros: Good benefits, paid time off is more generous than most employers, understanding if you need time off, close assigned parking spot, coffee machine and free snacks and goodies in the lunch room, co-workers I work with daily are extremely nice and helpful. I've learned a lot working here. Cons: Employees in other departments aren't that friendly. (There are some exceptions.)"

"The best thing about National Medical Billing is that the president of the company not only is visible but also cares immensely for each individual employee. I first started working here in October of 2015, knowing next to nothing about medical billing. In March of 2015 after only roughly five months of working there my mother became very ill and I had to make the hard decision of leaving my job to take care of her. I went into my supervisor's office expecting to leave a wonderful job behind, in tears I explained my situation and said that while I did not want to leave, my family needed me. Instead of leaving that day with no hope for the future I was told that the president herself said that I was more than welcome back to my job at any time and to take care of my family and that they really looked forward to me coming back. Eight months later I was ready to work again, but had no expectations that the offer to come back would really be there. I reached out on a Monday and by that night I had an email asking if I could be back on Tuesday, the next day. There are not many large companies that care about the "little gut" as much as National Medical does and I consider myself lucky everyday I come into work."
