"Dealing with 4 different labor unions with very different agendas along with an entitlement mentality."

"The staff."

"Make sure you interview with HR and everyone that your position will come in contact with. There are a lot of contractors, temps and vendors there and very few skilled staff working there."

What don't you like about working at National Medical Care?

"The lack of office management and a budget."

"Replace all senior management staff."
