The compensation is fair and there are a lot of opportunity to progress your career within the company. There are some processes and procedures that need updating and revamping. Being and electric company, you have to keep the lights on, so it can demand a lot of hours during storms or other major events. For the most part, it's a fairly laid back work environment."
