"Good working condition. excellent place to accomplish career goal for a junior as well and experienced engineer."
"I've worked for the company going on 11 years. There is really no growth depending on the department, and I have been in 2 different departments. Management didn't allow me to grow and learn in the first department that I spent five miserable years dealing with horribly incompetent staff, rude doctors, and a tyrant of a manager. Now in another department that I have spent 6 years with doing the same job that no longer requires a thought process and still no growth or development of staff. Needless to say I won't be dedicating another 5 years of my life in another department in hopes of being promoted. I have been waiting for almost 2 years for a promotion."
"A great organization to work at."
"I've worked at Montefiore Medical Center since 2007. It has around 20,000 employees, and is the biggest employer in the Bronx. It is an excellent organization to work for. They offer their employees competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package."
"Management needs to set better direction and goals."
"Overall the company is very advanced in its technology and resources offered to us as well as the doctors. However, the relationship between technical staff and administration is poor and the ability to move up is lacking. There is also great lack in incentive for the workers."
"Not a company I'd like to work for, nor would I recommend it to a friend."
