"Montefiore institution is a great work place to work. As previously mentioned, I have learned to be skillful thanks to my eagerness to learn and absorve the positive skills. Nevertheless, like perhaps everywhere else, there can be political issues that you may not agreed with all the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I once heard someone say: Is not want you know, but who you know who will get you a high position. I have met wonderful fair people in this great institution. Neverthelss, in my humble opinion I would suggest to managment (not all) not to only give job opportunities or promote people that are well liked; but also give opportunities to people who have an education and who posses skills, and perhaps are being ignored due to politics."
