"I learned to create medical database systems that helped people lives. I was in charge of a LAN system located directly in my office in the kidney transplant facility. This was a great experience for me."

"Everything, it is a great place to work and grow and they are very supportive and encouraging for the advancememnt of their emloyees."

"Be truthful, and work hard, and ask questions as well as take notes and try to make sure you remember what you are taught, also do not be afraid to ask for help."

"This location is a little far away from home. And transportation is not very dependable."

"Maybe set up a shuttle from our other sites to this location to facilitate employees"

"Government side was poorly managed and could not secure/keep business to ever become profitable. This affected all aspects of the business, including my division."

"Realize you are lucky to have the customer's business - not the other way around."

"The government contracts side of business was not very flexible which limited all activities in the business. This division never made it financially which lead to closing of business."

"Be a little more flexible with customers - it is your opportunity to be working for the customer, not theirs to be hiring you."

"It was close to my residence. Other than that there was nothing I liked about working there."

"Don't interview with Montefiore. It's a horrible place to work and bring your talents elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Montefiore Medical Center?

"It is a very unprofessional, hostile work environment that has no room for growth. The benefits package was disappointing and there's no real compensation for time and labor. I would never recommend anyone who is looking for a career in healthcare to apply for any positions Montefiore might have available."

"Revamp the senior and mid-level management. Get rid of non-motivating, cancerous managers, director and Vice Presidents and bring in professionals with vision and compassion for patients and employees."
