2.3I would discourage anyone from applying at Molex unless you need a temp job. My wife was laid off after 18 years due to downsizing. My department was outsourced. The Molex Corporate attitude is VERY oppressing. They also prefer very religious people and those folks are moved up even if less qualified. You also will not get official credit for ideas and patents unless you have a degree. Molex has recently sold to Koke Industries.
4.6I have worked at Molex since January of 2020. It has been an overall great experience despite the current situation of Covid. My supervisor and colleagues have taken me under their wing and taught me multiple testing devices used and possible tips/ tricks in order to deal with deadlines given. They have also shown me the use of multiple software: NX, Prometric, and LightTool, while also showing me the base work of Six Sigma. Overall this company is a great place to work and will encourage you to take chances when performing tasks.
4.4I been worked at Molex, for 8 years, in the Automation department, programming vision systems, like Cognex, Keyence, Matrox, directly for production machines inspections, assuring the quality of the final product, since last year I learning controls programming in Yaskawa, Omron PLC's, EPSON Robot .
