"I would discourage anyone from applying at Molex unless you need a temp job. My wife was laid off after 18 years due to downsizing. My department was outsourced. The Molex Corporate attitude is VERY oppressing. They also prefer very religious people and those folks are moved up even if less qualified. You also will not get official credit for ideas and patents unless you have a degree. Molex has recently sold to Koke Industries."
