They boast about this even further by depleting the title “customer” and transforming it to a warmer welcome of calling people who are willing to give the facility a chance a guest. Your constantly greeted with a smile and overwhelmed with beaming customer service reps willing to help. This can give consumers ease as they gamble, shop, dine, or a simple tour. Their goal is to make you feel at home from beginning to end."

"I've worked for Mohegan Sun for 8 years. Since the recession in 2008, the resort workforce has been reduced by several hundred. The focus of the tribe has moved on to diversification in other states and the Connecticut location has been impacted by this. Job stability and security can be questionable at times."

"The organization didnt have a formal SDLC process so there were mixed expectations from project stakeholders."

"Management needs to purchase and implement a project time and reporting system to better track resource utilization across assigned projects."

"The only complaint I would have as of right now is the pay, because of the economic times we are going through, we have experienced cutbacks in areas. Better than being laid off though."

"Management is great. In my department they are all very friendly, and willing to help you out whenever needed whether it be personal or work related."
