"Mitel Net Solutions using smoke and mirror marketing to lead channel partners to conclusions that are not exactly viable.Price Points for services are way over market value. Micro Management, restricted travel, no marketing tools, competitive inside sales groups.It sounds good at first but once you are there and peel back the onion, it's not good for the dealer network vs other competitive offers."

"The economic and sales environment made working there very difficult as there were layoffs every quarter."

"To keep the talent they have left they need to stabilize and get the employee count that supports the business for the next 12 months."

"Be as honest as possible and ensure that the position has longevity."

"I have been laid off unduely. I was hired for a position and was exceeding at that position, but was laid off due to economic factors that I could not controll."

"Ensure that before you hire employees that it will make valid business sense and that the company can support them regardless of economic circumstances."

"The people I have met and friends I have made."

"Run, run like the wind...in the other direction. This company will likely come back but at the moment, is floundering under the recent change in direction. If they can get it together...it could be something good. Just not seeing it in the immediate future."

What don't you like about working at Mitel Networks?

"By continually cutting the Sales and Operations personnel each quarter since 2008, Customer satisfaction is impossible to maintain. While the remaining staff is feeling overwhelmed and defeated, the Customers are the ones who really suffer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would not have cut the Sales and Operations divisions to the quick just to make wall street numbers look good."
