"I have been working at MindTree as a Senior Software Engineer for a few years now. The company has a great work culture and the team is very supportive. The salary package is also quite competitive, and the benefits are decent. There are opportunities for growth and professional development, and the workload is manageable. However, there could be more focus on employee well-being and work-life balance."
"good place to work and skill up, great managements"
"I worked for Mindtree for about 9 months, I spent 40% fighting for my Job because of a strained relationship with my boss. I call her Boss, not leader as she would only see short-comings and never improvements. As a Contractor, they would bite more than they could chew. This would expose Support Engineers like me to nearly impossible deadlines. The bonuses did not come to the frontline engineers but the supervisors at the top. An instance I recall, was having to send emails to customers on a Friday and a follow-up email was required on Monday, ignoring the fact that the customers may not have seen this email sent on a Friday afternoon. I am glad I no longer work there."
"I was working for Mindtree from June 2015, It is a great place to work. Teams and Management always supported in the work environment. I need to change due to the improve in my financial status. It has been a while since I was working with Mindtree and need to move on to learn new technologies and better pay. Nice team and great project work done with team collaboration."
"Good Place to work. Service-based company. Lots of opportunities within the organization."
"Good company to have started my career with"
"They don't respect you for what you are, lot of nepotism, politics state language barriers from where people belong, lot of discrimination and doesn't treat everyone equal. I would not recommend at all."
"Moved to Washington for this job. They told me I would be working in a network operations center. It was a call center and not what I wanted or expected. I felt very lied to. They could have told me it was a call center and I would not have accepted the position."
"Solid company with good team however recently acquired by L&T out of India and many changes are being implemented."
"My work at Mindtree was as a team member providing Process (test execution) test results (Process) review, analysis and root cause analysis. Customer liaison and team project management insuring customer satisfaction."
"It was my first workplace and I had an opportunity to learn many new technologies and upgrade my skill set. The work environment was very good and I had a very good relationship with my colleagues as well as my manager."
"As a creative lead, I provided UX consultant work for Mindtree's 40 Fortune 500 enterprises. I was employed at their Agile Center of Excellence location in Gainesville, Fl, and became versed in the agile methodologies, expert frameworks, and next-generation global delivery models."
"A good place to work growing your career path higher"
"I've only worked for Mindtree Ltd. for a year. This company has a pretty intensive training program for new hires and has given me plenty of opportunities to develop new skills. For a consulting company, it does have many good client projects that new hires can choose from. The onboarding process at the client sites is disorganized and requires much more initiative from new hires than was conveyed upfront."
"I have worked at Mindtree from July 2015 to July 2018 at Bengaluru, India. I had a great experience at Mindtree working with a large-sized team and learning all industrial aspects. The senior employers were kind enough to help us and motivate us to achieve success. I would rate my company a 9/10 when compared with other companies."
