"I worked for Mindtree for about 9 months, I spent 40% fighting for my Job because of a strained relationship with my boss. I call her Boss, not leader as she would only see short-comings and never improvements. As a Contractor, they would bite more than they could chew. This would expose Support Engineers like me to nearly impossible deadlines. The bonuses did not come to the frontline engineers but the supervisors at the top. An instance I recall, was having to send emails to customers on a Friday and a follow-up email was required on Monday, ignoring the fact that the customers may not have seen this email sent on a Friday afternoon. I am glad I no longer work there."

For a consulting company, it does have many good client projects that new hires can choose from. The onboarding process at the client sites is disorganized and requires much more initiative from new hires than was conveyed upfront."
