"I have been working at MindTree as a Senior Software Engineer for a few years now. The company has a great work culture and the team is very supportive. The salary package is also quite competitive, and the benefits are decent. There are opportunities for growth and professional development, and the workload is manageable. However, there could be more focus on employee well-being and work-life balance."

"I worked for Mindtree for about 9 months, I spent 40% fighting for my Job because of a strained relationship with my boss. I call her Boss, not leader as she would only see short-comings and never improvements. As a Contractor, they would bite more than they could chew. This would expose Support Engineers like me to nearly impossible deadlines. The bonuses did not come to the frontline engineers but the supervisors at the top. An instance I recall, was having to send emails to customers on a Friday and a follow-up email was required on Monday, ignoring the fact that the customers may not have seen this email sent on a Friday afternoon. I am glad I no longer work there."

"They don't respect you for what you are, lot of nepotism, politics state language barriers from where people belong, lot of discrimination and doesn't treat everyone equal. I would not recommend at all."

"Moved to Washington for this job. They told me I would be working in a network operations center. It was a call center and not what I wanted or expected. I felt very lied to. They could have told me it was a call center and I would not have accepted the position."

"I've only worked for Mindtree Ltd. for a year. This company has a pretty intensive training program for new hires and has given me plenty of opportunities to develop new skills. For a consulting company, it does have many good client projects that new hires can choose from. The onboarding process at the client sites is disorganized and requires much more initiative from new hires than was conveyed upfront."

"I've worked for Mindtree for over 3 years. It is yet another contract company based in India that provides labor to Microsoft. It has recently been bought by another larger company based in India. What makes them unique is that they dehumanize their employees by referring to them as "minds"."
