There are numerous opportunities to increase your skill set and everyone is encouraged to do so. The projects are diverse and interesting. The diversity of the projects allow one to increase knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, the salary is very low. It's on the very low end for what is offered elsewhere. This is a good place to start your career and gain experience."
