"I worked with Schering Plough for 9 years before the M&A with Merck in 2009. They are both excellent companies. Their culture, work ethics and uncompromising focus on quality are some of the qualities that endeared me to the company. The company provided employees an opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to the growth of the company. With a first class R&D facility and numerous manufacturing plants, the company had an employee strength of over 10,000 in over 60 countries around the globe."
