"I've worked for Medtronic for more than two years, I've found it to be a big and strong company with a very conscious mentality about a good working environment and work/life balance. There is a working environment where every team is integrated and has many opportunities for career development."

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What do you like about working at Medtronic?

"I love the field of medical manufacturing. Medtronic is known not so much for innovation, but for staying current with industry trends and for customer service. I feel this is a good business model. The most innovative companies sometimes produce great new products, but they often times go out of business. I feel it is better for a large company as they are to be 'fast followers' as they themselves term it. I am not saying they do no cutting edge work, just that that is not their primary focus. Generally I feel the company is very well managed and is positioned very well for the future."
