"Rich environment in terms of various software systems. Variety of work. Exposure to many different departments and opportunity to network with many employees with different backgrounds."

"Know what you are getting into and ensure expectations are set and defined precisely. Otherwise the project will suffer."

What don't you like about working at Medtronic?

"Politics and rat races. Despite this I was able to deliver the project as promised. The project manager has to overcome and be an agent of change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ask all department heads to cooperate with the project manager, so that the project is delivered on time, on budget and to their satisfaction."
