"The job itself is not the most exciting, but that does not bother me in the slightest. I always had a nice schedule of sorts to follow. I was given a vast array of tasks to attend to, which always kept me busy. Also, since I worked at the front desk, it gave me the wonderful opportunity to interact with the patients and their parents, which is a wonderful fit for a social person."

"Initiative and assertive is the key. Make sure you use your prior experience to implement ideas. toward tasks."

"Being a franchise, the corporate office does not offer support to the franchisee."

"Find alternative support along with investors prior to contract with franchise. Make sure there is enough capital for marketing"

"Make sure you are someone who can take a lot of crap from someone who isn't even your boss."

"Your career is in the doctors hands. If a doctor doesn't like you the manager will fire you without reason."

"Focus more on making the work flow make more sense all around."

"Always make yourself sound like a committed and hard worker."

"I hate being in the front as a receptionist. I would like to work more in a back office where I don't have front contact, and be in my own office or cubicle."

"Be more organized and make things fair. Try my best to keep my employees happy."

"I liked earning money, having someplace to go each day, and driving to and from work."

"Please do not work there unless you hate yourself, OK"
What don't you like about working at Saba Pediatrics Medicine?
"My boss constantly contradicted herself, expected everyone to be psychic, and yelled at people. The whole system was disorganized and I suspect it could have been much more inefficient."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a consultant with expertise in organizing doctors' offices, hire an actual nurse, pay employees more because I would need the best people working for me and they need an incentive to stay with me, start seeing a therapist, and take some kind of leadership or management class."
