"My boss constantly contradicted herself, expected everyone to be psychic, and yelled at people. The whole system was disorganized and I suspect it could have been much more inefficient."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a consultant with expertise in organizing doctors' offices, hire an actual nurse, pay employees more because I would need the best people working for me and they need an incentive to stay with me, start seeing a therapist, and take some kind of leadership or management class."
