"I really enjoyed the work I did there and the people I worked with. Being able to design machines from the bottom up and aid in their eventual assembly was a real thrill."

"There didn't seem like there was much room to move up. While there seemed to be room to move up in pay grade, I felt like I would be in the same cubicle my whole time there."

"It's easier to have pride in your work when you have a respectable work area"

"Disorganization; Lack of training; Lack of explanation of expectations; 3 sick days a year; low fraction of billable workers versus non-billable; Turns away small projects simply because of gambled large projects, losing customers/employees; Blatant dishonesty to employees; overlooking several national holidays"
