"The fact that I wasn't a desk engineer. I spent most of my time on the factory floor with the mechanics on the test stands."

"Being a big company it had too much bureaucracy. Things took to much time to get in or out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fix the purchasing department policies. Way to many steps to order components."
