"I like very much to work for Parsons company."

"There is nothing I dont like about the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest and wish, that Parsons management to hire the employees who have cashed their ESOP money (treated them as they claimed hardship) and allow them to have 401k after one year. If they agree with new plan, they may have once again hard working and experienced people joining to their engineering teams."
