"Make sure that the job structure is fully understood and what merits the position to be advanced - the model worked well in the 50's, 60's and 70's - but with the end of the Cold War - it has slowly morphed and isn't fully understood"

"at times it was frustrating as it related to career advancement"

"the overhead is killing the place - needs to be strategically dealt with, not reactionary"
