"They don't make anything that is cutting edge, and don't try anything new beyond their comfort zone. Progress is painfully slow, and trust is often lacking."

"Focus on updating the park and creating genuine attractions, instead of focusing purely on safety and maintenance. The company is becoming dated."

"It can be challenging at times, the opportunity to travel around the US and the world. The pay is about average in the industry. The benefits are pretty good."

"If you love airplanes the is no better place to work. Boeing has so much potential. We need hard workers who want to return the company to the top ranks of all engineers and technology companies."

"Engineers and the company have a strained relationship due to a union. Union forces company to keep dead weight. The company doesn't really offer compensation that I would consider market leading. Just enough to keep engineers from leaving."

"Return the company focus to engineering excellence. Change the perception that engineers are a just another resource to manage."

"Decent pay with good benefits, good people, and management heavy"
