"Low productiveness, lots of overtime, inter-departmental communication and coordination with each other no good."

"The reasonable hourly income, but not much else, beyond that."

"Sure, that's easy, just talk about how well you work in a team environment...how much of a team player you are."

"The disconnect between their professed Company Values and their actions. Also, the company's yearly greenhouse gas emissions. 3.4 billion pounds of CO2, in 2011. Unacceptable."

"Quit your job and work for a company that cares about the environment."

"Currently I have great boss that really supports innovation and self driven success"

"The company is trying to move forward but has a lot of baggage. Keep this in mind."

"I believe much of the company culture especially the location I am at is as stagnant as the building is old."

"Management can't just talk the needs of engineering but need to support those functions. Engineering takes funding"

"I do not work with any senior engineers. I would love to work with more experienced engineers in a team environment."
