"If you love airplanes the is no better place to work. Boeing has so much potential. We need hard workers who want to return the company to the top ranks of all engineers and technology companies."

What don't you like about working at Boeing Commercial Airplanes?

"Engineers and the company have a strained relationship due to a union. Union forces company to keep dead weight. The company doesn't really offer compensation that I would consider market leading. Just enough to keep engineers from leaving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Return the company focus to engineering excellence. Change the perception that engineers are a just another resource to manage."
