"Sometime they do not provide a sign language interpreter for me. I am hearing impaired. And lastly, they laid me off."

"Ensure to have a sign language interpreter available prior to any meetings. Provide any communication-assists such as Videophone and big white board."

"With the excuse of 'reorganization' CTB got rid of a lot of good professionals even after said software developer jobs wont be affected."
