"Don't expect to be hired permanent any time soon, they lie and say they will hire you permanently within a year and then fall through with that promise."

"Know what you want in your career. It will help to find your placement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that they should have more contact with their workers and get involve with the work. Not just directing.This way they will understand what the job entails in time and difficulties. They can know better who they are working with and have a successful out come. This I recommend to all managers old and new. Not everyone in MMH has this problem. Just a few."

"Stagnation; old boys network environment despite their best efforts to say this is a great company for women to work in. They treat contractors poorly."

"Wake up and smell the coffee. The world of PM has passed them by; they are managing this company using 50's standards. Treat people with consideration and respect and you will get the best out of people."

"The people in my division. It's the Good Ole Boys club for sure. Its also a VERY liberal place, so bring your political views to work with you!"

"Understand the work performed in the jobs which you manage. Also boys, golf should be played on the weekends, not every Friday while you're working from home."
