"Masco Cabinetry is a highly rated cabinet manufacturing company in Duncanville, TX. They were recently purchased at the beginning of 2020 by The Cabinet Works Group. The company held high ethical standards as well as holding employees as a priority.. Very little turn over in the administrative offices."

"I worked at Masco's Research and Development Facility. Masco was once a great company. It had all the tell-tale signs of a powerful and influential contributor to the industry. Lately, though, it has been going through leadership changes and huge staff cuts. They recently got rid of half the staff in their Research and Development facility and 40% of their Headquarters Staff. Rumors are circulating that senior management is planning on phasing out Research and Development or possibly moving it back into the basement of Headquarters. Even if these rumors aren't true, their existence demonstrates a lack of morale in the remaining workers. This reviewer has the suspicion that the company is being sold off in pieces for short term profit. Time will tell if this suspicion has any merit. Masco was a good place at which to work, but it doesn't seem as though it will last much longer."

"I worked for Masco for 4 years first as a consultant and then as a salaried employee. During this time I was given the opportunity to move up in to management very quickly and maintained a team of up to 15 employees and consultants. I was tasked in several modules as well as all Oracle discussions due to the void of Oracle experience within the company. Over the last two years there has been a significant turn over in management. Making project completions impossible."

"There is alot of micro-management. There seems to be a lack of solid business goals that are obtainable."

"I'd really think long and hard before tying my wagon to this group. They just don't seem to get it."

"Arrogance, intimidation instead of leadership from lightweight regional managers like Lee Phillips.. Whoever made this decision to place this guy at the helm of a sales staff is indicative of just how dysfunctional this company is."

"Come to terms with the fact that the problems you are experiencing are initiated from the top. You have a bad habit of treating your sales staff with DISDAIN. Promoting a love / hate relationship with your sales force is demotivating and making you easily out maneuverable by the competition."

"Unless you are okay with being treated like a sub-par performer and are continually asked to do more for the same pay, I'd keep looking. You will be always looked upon like the lowest common demonator. This company hasn't learned it's lesson yet. You don't treat people like yesterdays newspaper, and expect them to perform at a high level....Period!"

"Arrogance. Top down negative culture driven from the mistakes they've made. Severe lack of leadership from the middle ranks. Seems like everthing turns into a fight."

"Loose the arrogance, a company that has lost over 1.6 billion dollars in the past two years has NOTHING to be proud of (yes, the C-level execs gave themselves a bouns for this performance). Stop blaming the people downstream for your bad decisions, you are far from perfect."

"I would suggest more support for the supervisors. I would also suggest provide educational opportunities like college for the supervisors to have the tools they need to succeed."

"I am the first person hired as a temp to cold call and try to get additional business. If someone is interviewing for this position, I recommend that they have their own contacts to call if possible and ask many questions of current clients and titles of the people who bought the service."

"There are no databases for me to look at to get names to cold call. I have to find the companies, find names using Linked In, cold call and try to find the appropriate person to speak with about our services."

"To buy a list that includes Companies, Names, Titles, phone numbers and emails so a sales person can make many more cold calls and not spending as much time researching."
