"An excellent company with a heart. They treat employees as employees should be treated - as the main force that makes the company possible and highly successful. This company has won an Emmy for its work and it is highly creative and innovative. There are a lot of nice perks and it is a hard place to leave. The people are especially nice, helpful and genuine. I would highly recommend The Martin Agency as one of the best companies in the country to work for."

"Generally the people are nice on a personal level, but there are a lot of diva personalities. There are also a lot of extra activities."

"Management needs to listen to employee concerns and make an effort to support and back us up when necessary. I feel there is very little support and no respect."
