"It is based around live 24 hour television, which in itself is a very exciting business. You have to be prepared for the pace, which I found stimulating and challenging."

"A great company overall, the pace / pressure is not for everyone. Bring your A game and clearly outline work resposibilities prior to assuming role so you have a clear expectation of job demands."

"Work / life balance is difficult to achieve in a leadership role. I was on call 24 hours a day and that can be a challenge for anyone in any role."

"Keep a close eye for total hours worked by management and understand that there is a dimishing level of return if leaders are overworked or burnt out."
