What don't you like about working at California Space Authority?

"The computers were too slow for me to work as efficiently as I knew I was able."

What do you like about working at Fireside Bank?

"I loved it there, the staff was helpful and friendly. I had a great boss whom it was easy to work harder and put in some overtime for. I was a marketing manager for Fireside so my job was 70% outside in the field and I maintained over 100 dealers in my territory. My clients were fun to deal with as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Since they have recently been acquired by ITW, focus on learning the 80-20 system and not on R&D."

What don't you like about working at Filtertek?

"They had a lack of vision and sustainability plans. Legacy mindset and would not pro-active towards continuous improvement. Their idea if CI was process and quality monitoring with no real means for improvement. No forma CAPA plan. Tried to mix automotive with medical manufacturing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find a good champion, this will make the interview and learning curve later much easier."

What don't you like about working at Experian?

"They were very large with different divisions that were sometimes hard to work together."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No one has been with this company for more than 5 years that isn't family."

What do you like about working at Prime Computer?

"Prime had a limited product line, so the Custom Systems Group was responsible for much of the company's success in individual companies. Within the larger corporate structure we had complete responsibility for defining solutions, pricing them, producing them, sales training and support. It was great."

What don't you like about working at Prime Computer?

"Eventually taken over by former IBM management which did not recognize what the company could and could not do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prime doesn't exist any more. The Board hired the wrong top management which dismantled the engineering strength of the company."

"I left at stressful time, there was redundancy in the workforce due to the merger of ATI/AMD and afraid to be let go."

What do you like about working at AT&T?

"I like the people and my management team. They gave me a project and an end date - it was up to me to manage the project."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviewers are able to tell which people are not being honest with their answers. Be yourself!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to manage people. This is very difficult for some people with a technical background."
