"Bait and switch type operation. Primitive sales process. Minimal computerization. Massive and constant staff turnover."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get computerized fully by developing a sophisticated relational/hierarchical database on which all employees should document their sales activities! Cut out the bait and switch tactics. This company should be a good operation based on their producat and management team, but they are operating as if we are still in the 1970s!"

"Only take a job with Marcus Evans if you are in desperate need of employment. Base Salaries are only $2k per month gross plus any commissions you earn. Commissions are also held for payment once per month as well."

"The unprofessional treatment of employees by upper management and supervisors alike."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat people with respect and as the adults they are and performances will improve dramatically. The strict minimum phone time required per day is counter productive and will cause the company's demise."
