"I love keeping up with a fast-paced type of job like this - there's always something to do every minute you're there and if you miss something it sets you back so it keeps you on your toes. But sometimes it can get TOO busy and it will feel like there's not enough staff to handle the volume. But this is understandable for a growing company like this - if you stick with it things will get better."

"Past 3-4 years, company has been horrible to work for. Only exception would be the ability to work from home and relationships with other employees."

"Unfotunately, would not recommend employment with this company in its current state."

What don't you like about working at Gallagher Bassett Services?

"Poor management, both local and corporate. Local mgmt does not lead, pits employees against each other. Corporate mgmt squeezing life out of employees with high caseloads and unreasonable and unattainable goals. Company no longer values its employees and continues to lay off excellent employees based on salary and politics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Adhere to the Gallagher mission statement and the Gallagher Way. Neither are being followed presently. Revamp upper mgmt and return to valuing employees and the clients they service."
