"Run away, run away fast and far and don't look back. You'll thank yourself."

What don't you like about working at Futurestep?

"Management lack vision and integrity. They don't know the business they are in and will promise anything to clients to get the dollars. As a result, many clients are angry with the delivered work product, no matter how good it is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn your business. Get your own salesforce. Stop taking clients who have been rejected by every other RPO company. This will decrease the number of failed projects."

"Friendly people. Team environment. Always something new going on every day."

"Be yourself!!!! Dress professional. They are not looking for the typical car salesperson or a person who has been in the industry for a long time."

What don't you like about working at Buick?

"Hours are longer than in most industries. Sales can be competitive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More celebrations. It would be nice to have more interaction between departments."
