"if you are desperatly needing a job, this could be a great temporary company, til you will find another job to take its place"

"Kept taking away from the employee,( holiday dinners, pensions, raising insuance, no pay raise in years, no cost of living raise, cutting out of bonuses, no incentives for productivityNon caring attitude"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A happy employee is a productive employee, show how much you appreciate the employee, for working long hours, a meager paycheck isnt always enough, communicate more with the employees, try to remember employees names, be more personal, without being personal, have fund raisers, be involved in the community, employees lives,"

"it was a Great company. they Let me express my self. in terms of doing my job for the company"

"carry a blue ink pen.and Be open and honest. ask all important question."
