"Kept taking away from the employee,( holiday dinners, pensions, raising insuance, no pay raise in years, no cost of living raise, cutting out of bonuses, no incentives for productivityNon caring attitude"

"A happy employee is a productive employee, show how much you appreciate the employee, for working long hours, a meager paycheck isnt always enough, communicate more with the employees, try to remember employees names, be more personal, without being personal, have fund raisers, be involved in the community, employees lives,"
