"no support no back up was not able to let concerns be heard."

"be there have more support from supervisor and feed back from management."

"the work was always challenging my ability and learning about different machines."

"Yes, watch your back because management will not take the time to investigate allegations before acting on those allegations"

"no spare parts, difficult to order parts and limited access to manuals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to motivate employees rather than threaten them. Also learn to speak to employees as a important resource."

"I had a lot of good helpers there and my coworkers where great"

"You have to know your stuff to work there is now weak person there on the equipment."

"No raises for 3 yrs and we had to take a 15% pay cut"

"Take the small job they pay the bills.they would only take big runs"
