"Management is careless with employees and most employees are not accountable for their actions."

"I would try to change the mentality from employees towards the job."

"Constant change in the delivery route makes it difficult but will adjust."

What do you like about working at US Postal Service?

"I liked getting out of the office and working in the elements. This is when I had the most time to work without interference."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would not suggest embarking on a career in the Post Office. It is actually a diminishing company with little room to grow."

What don't you like about working at US Postal Service?

"To many levels of management. There was usually more than one person telling me different ways to do the same job. That is why I enjoyed getting out of the office and into the outdoors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T TRY TO FIX IT."
