What don't you like about working at MAHLE?
"Driving 60+ miles to work, without an option to telecommute! Paid hourly for a salaried position, and having to put in every one of my 40 hours each week, regardless of my reponsibilities being met or exceeded."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the antiquated 1970s HR policies, or at least have separate policies for the educated professionals in the office vs the manual labor floor workers. There is a huge lack of trust for professionals!"
