What do you like about working at DaVita?
"The patients and the clinical staff with the exception of the FA."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Find another company to work for. Davita will crush your soul and try to turn you into a robot."
What don't you like about working at DaVita?
"Awful benefits. Inexperienced administers. Administrators get huge bonuses bc of all the hard work of the clinical staff. Clinical staff gets Jack s$!t while the administrator yells and writes people up for hindering their chance at a bonus. Patient and staff safety is compromised d/t low staffing levels and the staff they have are burnt out from awful hours and low pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Seek out FAs with experience. Take staff opinions into consideration when hiring administrators. Better benefits, and at least cost of living raises each year."

"residents who live there make all the difference, taking care of others is rewarding"

"the pay is low and they will work you hard for it"

"low pay, on your feet the entire shift and the amount of meds you must give on your shift makes for a very long med pass."

"raises! pay good people what they are worth, or you will end up with slackers"

"My Immediate supervisor is great and I like working with patients"

"You must have a lot of patience, don't expect raises or advancement there is none, and you have to work with and make do with the supplies you have, you don't always have the things you need to give good quality care. The company care more about quantity than quality."
What don't you like about working at First Choice Health?
"I don't like the disorganization, the lack of supplies, the constant turn over of employees, the absence of answers to questions from administration and the CEO"

"Listen to your employees, without the doctors and nurses there would be no clinic"

"You'll love the staff and support we are all one Big family working together to help others thru a tough time. Just be a team player."

"The job itself can be stressfull dealing with a very delicate situation but the support from evryone is always there so very little dislikes."

"Keep up the great work and thank you for getting to know each and every employee this the best job I have ever had in my 22 years of being a nurse."

"Flexibilty to make your own schedule although they will call you on your off day because to them your family or personal life means nothing"

"Yes Ask for a competive rate they will first look at what you were getting paid and lower that by 25 %."
What don't you like about working at Bayada Nurses?
"Very poor wages support sytem is non exsistant not family orientated it's all about the money they make off of you and basically your being pimped out with a huge wage cut"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If a manager is able to do the same task heshe ask their emplyees then that's a great manager Bayada abandons that option and would prefer to watch their field staff sink"

"I loved working for the MR/DD population and with competent staff"

"The interviewee should be friendly open minded and a team player."

"I didnt like my hours. I worked 10 hour shifts which extended in to the evenings at times."

"They need to be open and receptve to the employees needs."

"I like the family I work for and I have a good relationship with both my nurse manager and my schedulers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look somewhere else first. Go somewhere with benefits and competetive pay."
What don't you like about working at Interim Healthcare?
"I don't feel that they pay fairly. They pretty much never give raises and you may do the exact same job as someone else and make way less money. I have worked there for 10+years and barely even get paid for vacation...usually about 17 hours. I work between 32-40 a week, but there are a few weeks a year when my family goes out of town and it messes up my vacation because my weekly hours drop below 32 hours a week annually."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better benefits. The vacation is TERRIBLE. They don't pay time and a half overtime, just a few dollars extra an hour. I think the pay is awful."
What do you like about working at Maxim Healthcare Services?
"It gets worse every month. They recently took the only perk we had, time and a half for working holidays, away. Last month they gave 25% of my work away on a whim. Now that I have work with another agency, they pester me constantly to take it back. No thanks!!!"

"Save your gas and stay home. I had to come in this month and play with a rubber doll for two hours of minimum wage."
What don't you like about working at Maxim Healthcare Services?
"I dislike the pay and the office staff. There are no benefits, holiday compensation, or continuity of patients unless they demand you."

"Recruit some clients. Give some benefits to the field staff."
