"Team! Great staff that works well together. Great family oriented facility."

"You will love it. You are expected to work hard for the residents. It is a very team oriented facility."
What don't you like about working at Coventry Living Center?
"I have no regrets. I am moving out of state, if I did not have to make this move I would definately have remained in this facility for many more years if not until retirement. I love it there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is good, we have had quiete a bit of turn over in administration but with a good base team it doesn't seem to affect the facility as a whole too much."

"communication is improving but still needs workpressure is intense when census runs low and you need to meet productivity"

"improve on communication and leadership skillsoffer incentives for those of us that are constantly going above and beyond"

"I enjoy assisting the elderly and making this difficult time in their lives easier and, hopefully, a little brighter."

"Don't leave any job for this one - you will be sorry. If you desperate for a job, expect abuse if you take this one."
What don't you like about working at UHS-Pruitt?
"The current administrator is a bully. In the last 18 months over 35 nurses have come and gone - this in a facility with only 120 beds. Each nurse is given too many patients to adequately care for and is then criticised and bullied for not doing more. The administrator micromanages and yells at employees in front of others. The working environment is completely different when she is not there for the day. I have no respect for the CEO as he has to know the score by now, and refuses to do anything about the way his employees are treated. The constant change of staff is harmful to residents as there is no continuity of care. In this economy and in this small town, there are not many job opportunities and many can't drive an hour each way to take employment somewhere else. The treatment this woman dishes out to her dime a dozen nurses, to quote her, is disgusting."

"Management does not listen. There is absolutely no reason to leave suggestions that will not be considered."

"Only 3 call-ins are allowed per year."

"Change the call-in policy."

"I like the flexible schedule and going to different places to work and meeting new people."

"My only tip would be that you have to be able to adjust to changes in your work schedule, and don't depend on getting 40 hours a week because it doesn't happen."

"My suggestion would be to offer bonuses for the workers who pick up a last-minute shift."

"Management cant be trusted in what they promise or say. Owner always saying I dont know if I will be able to make payroll."
