"They held the sales manager responsible for a procedure that was at best impossible to oversee, and they used the policy and procedure to terminate some good employees. A lot of the operational responsibility was assigned to the sales manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rewrite the policy and procedure to keep upper management from using it as a way to railroad people out of a job. Also, more division needs to be done amongst the administration manager and the sale manager."
