"I do not have enough information about management outside of facilities management. But, I would suggest keeping the experienced people over layoffs than new hires. The learning curve can be tough."

"Hire and retain highly-qualified senior management talent. They need to review and adjust the salary range for senior management positions closer to private sector/market standards."

"In existing facilities, there is too much bureaucracy and unknowledgeable accounting people controlling renovation construction budgets & a lengthy/cumbersome change order process, which only hurts the contractor. The prequalification method for approving general contractors performing the work is deficient, which leads to poor performance during operations."

"Learn the law/public law! Withholding funds without a court order is still and always will be stealing. As a private sector employer, employing the private flesh ling, federal and STATE forms do not apply. Read and learn the organic laws. Employees are not SLAVES!"
