"I’ve been working for LAUSD since January 2019 as a teacher for secondary schools. LAUSD faces challenges in funding and students’ efforts. Despite this, the school overwhelmingly do everything possible to support student achievement and success. I would recommend working at LAUSD for anyone who wants to see students succeed as long as he or she knows the majority of students may not want to succeed themselves."
"LAUSD is an education management organization. It is the second largest public school district after New York. As lausd.net points out: Second largest in the nation, the Los Angeles Unified School District enrolls more than 600,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The District covers 710 square miles, and includes Los Angeles, as well as all or parts of 31 smaller municipalities, plus several unincorporated sections of Los Angeles County."
