"dont unless you can handle the stress and back stabbing."

"It is very cut throat... you get paid per loan processed and completed. I worked in an office of about 30 women, which is always tough."

"To build a better team. Work on team building and helping the entire group suceed."

"This branch was in a shopping strip and everyone was out in the open. It was very loud and disorganized."

"Like any business, there could be some additional hours required to work."

"There really wasn't anything that I didn't like other then the very open office with 8 people in it talking on the phone all at once."
