"This was a good job at the time being. I lost my job at First Magnus due to them closing the doors, and Blue Eagle was one of my brokers and they offered me a job without even asking for it. I am greatful to them. They gave me salary that I needed, but no benefit package, which was just fine for me at the time."
What do you like about working at American Eagle Mortgage?
"Blue Eagle was great because everyobe was really close and was willing to help out. Very friendly place."

"Too small and no room for growth."

"I believe they are now out of business, but if they were still inbusiness I would suggest getting more involved with their emplyees."

"Flexible hours, ability to work at home 2 days a week. Respect of my co-workers."

"Be honest about your abilities. It is never fair to lie to an employer about what you do or do not know. If you are hired, they will figure out soon enough if you told the truth about what you know about the position."

"Inability to hear suggestions or concerns from employees. Lack of communication so that everyone is on the same page."

"Take the time to compliment people when they are doing a good job, and guide those who are not."

"I appreciated the opportunity they provided as my first mortgage position in 1993. I was also employed briefly in 2000/2001 prior to employment with Countrywide Home Loans, now known as Bank of America Home Loans. This company was the first to teach me about post closing."
