"I particularly liked the people I worked for and with. My job duties were as they would normally be for a loan officer coupled with a wide variety of extra tasks that made the job exciting!"

"I would have loved a bit more opportunity from within."

"The company has grown exponentially over the past five years, and they are losing sight of how they treat their employees."

"The management has the routine down to a science. If I would suggest anything, it would be to not spin the motivation where it feels your job isn't on the line when suggesting things to employees."
